Anna trained and practised as an architect for a decade before moving into marketing and working as a CMO for an international media production company. That combination of structural thinking and clear communication turned out to be exactly the toolkit AI leadership needs.
Markitect was founded in 2023. Since then, Anna has trained more than 5,000 professionals and 500 executives, published a book about AI, launched a podcast with more than 310 episodes in just 18 months, with new content now released weekly, and taken these future-proofing skills into schools across the UK.
Markitect runs on the AI systems it teaches. The company is its own best case study: proof that, with the right structure, judgement and rhythm, a small team, or even a team of one, can build at the scale of a much larger organisation.
